Questions about reordering
Do I need a new foot casting?
Usually not. Your foot molds are stored digitally, so we can make a pair that matches your last one. If anything has changed, we may recommend a new evaluation.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Choose Pay in Full if you plan to submit the purchase, so your receipt shows the full amount paid.
When do I pay the balance?
If you choose the $200 down payment, the $295 balance is paid in person at your fitting. Nothing else is charged online.
Will my orthotics be shipped?
No. Every pair is fitted in person so we can check that it feels and works right. We’ll text you when it’s ready.
How long does it take?
About 2–3 weeks from the day you order.
