"Chad Brown recently fitted me for custom orthotics and new shoes for the orthotics. I have worn them for several weeks now and they are the best orthotics I have ever had made. Chad also helped me find a pair of New Balance shoes to properly fit my foot and my orthotics. He took his time at my first appointment and wanted to know what my concerns were. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my orthotics to help align my body and make my feet feel comfortable in shoes as well as being very caring that I got orthotics that were comfortable yet supportive. I just went back for a slight adjustment and got an appointment the same day I called. He addressed my situation and I was able to take my orthotics home with me and did not have to wait several weeks to get the changes completed.
